• A Quality Management System has been established within our Group of Companies to ensure customer-oriented work, continuous improvement of services, establishment and communication of quality objectives within the organization, continuous conformity, and management review.

• Continuous improvement of quality in all services provided within our field of activity is a priority. Therefore, company management determines relevant goals and objectives and allocates the necessary resources to achieve and monitor progress.

• Through Risk and Opportunity Management, we aim to protect company assets and values, eliminate risks, act in accordance with legal requirements, and gain stakeholder trust.

• Ensuring compliance with the unique conditions of each operation and achieving customer satisfaction are among the core principles of our Group Companies. Compliance with contractual requirements and other conditions committed or to be committed by the company is essential.

Our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy

At Pharmacare, we are committed to developing and managing a sustainable system by creating a corporate culture that supports the expected outcomes of the OHS management system for all our employees, subcontractors, visitors, and other relevant parties. We pledge to:

• Provide safe conditions to protect against hazards and risks arising from our activities and ensure the comfort and continuity of business and working conditions;

• Raise awareness of all relevant internal and external issues by organizing training to promote a responsible and effective approach in all activities, and ensure participation, encouragement, and consultation channels remain open;

• Take a proactive approach in planning OHS activities and measures to protect employees and relevant parties while planning routine and non-routine operations;

• Treat legal and other requirements as minimum standards and ensure continuity by monitoring, measuring, and improving compliance obligations;

• Take necessary precautions to prevent work accidents, occupational diseases, injuries, and health deteriorations by implementing risk-reducing and manageable actions.

The Quality, Environmental, and OHS Management System has been established, is being implemented, and is continuously improved within the scope of the activities carried out at our warehouse located at Gebze Dilovası OSB, Sanayi Mah. D-4012 Sk. No:3/A.
